In Poland DB Schenker Logistics (legal name Schenker Sp. z o.o.) has over 1,700 employees. On a regular basis the company works with over 3,000 couriers employed by transport companies that are our major suppliers.The company headquarters - Management Board's Office - are located in Warsaw at 2a J.K. Ordona Street.
In Poland our company consists of a network of 17 computer-integrated branches - cross-docking terminals. Moreover, between 2011 and 2012, our customers could choose from eight offices: air freight, ocean freight, rail freight, and international manufacturing; as well as 11 logistics warehouses and 14 customs agencies.

Schenker Sp. z o.o. owns a subsidiary, Scanspol Sp. z o.o., of which it is a sole owner, since October 08, 2012. Furthermore, Schenker is the owner of the DB Polska Acquisition sp. z o.o. company with its registered seat in Zabrze. It owns 100% shares of this company. As for December 31, 2012, equity capital of Schenker Sp. z o.o. amounted to PLN 462,744,430.
